When is the balance due on a package holiday?

Most packages take a £150-per-person deposit at booking and the balance ten weeks before you fly. For long-haul, that often shifts to twelve. You can pay early without penalty — we send a reminder six weeks ahead with a one-click pay link.

What does ‘ATOL protected’ actually mean?

If your travel company stops trading, ATOL refunds the money you paid them or pays for you to fly home if you’re already abroad. It covers flight-inclusive packages booked through ATOL-licensed agents (we hold licence 11248).

Can I add transfers, car hire or insurance later?

Yes — extras can be added up to the day of departure. Adding them at booking usually costs less, and they’re ATOL-protected as part of the package. Insurance is the one exception: buy it within 14 days of booking to be covered for cancellations.

What happens if my flight is cancelled or the hotel is changed?

You’ll get a call from us, not a help-desk email. We rebook on the next sensible alternative and only ask you to confirm; you don’t chase anyone. If the change is material, you can switch the booking or refund without penalty.

Will it be cheaper if I leave the booking until last minute?

Sometimes yes, often no. School holidays and February half-term are usually cheaper booked early. September shoulder weeks and short breaks are usually cheaper booked late. Ask us — we have twelve months of data per destination.

Do I have to book by phone, or can I do everything online?

You can search and shortlist online; for the booking itself we still prefer a 90-second call. It’s the cheapest way to surface upgrades, half-board discounts and combo deals that don’t show in the online price.
